Bodega Rolland, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina
Flight over the winery and its vineyards at the base of the Andes
The inside of the winery where they age the wines inside the french oak barrels
Here is where they make the wines in this tanks of concrete
In the first part of the entrance to the winery you can se how they got the field for the first time, so they keep this part to remember and show how hard it was to start growing from the beginning.
I was invited for a degustation of their wines, and they are awesome in quality and taste.
I know the wines from before this visit, but having the pleasure of been in the same place where they are made is a completely different experience. I recommend the visit of Clos de los siete where is the winery of Bodega Rolland, and the rest of the of winery's that are in the group. All of them are excellent too but you need to go with time because is a huge field and there is great tour where they inform you of all the characteristics and meticulous process, from the growth of the grape to the aging of the wines in oak french barrels.
I want to thanks every one who helped me to get there and a special thanks to Rodolfo Vallebella the director of Bodega Rolland
